The Bandidos MC is one of the leading one-percenters in the country.
The US Department of Justice puts them under the category of the “one-percenter outlaw motorcycle gangs”.
They’ve got chapters across the country helping them run all sorts of illegal activities from drugs to illegal arms to prostitution.
However, like many of the other one-percenters, they do charity efforts time and again. The club has long maintained that they are a “motorcycle club working for the community”. And, now, they’ve gone a step further to prove themselves.
Recently, a non-profit corporation called the USARG Inc. was formed by the Bandidos’ National Board and Interim President, William E. Sartelle. Sartelle, alongside Marcos M. Flores and Timothy W. Harper have been enrolled as the Directors of this non-profit.
They’ve also assumed the name certificate to conduct their affairs as the ‘Bandidos Motorcycle Club United States’, with the office of Texas’ Secretary of State.
What do you think about this? Personally, I feel it’s a bit ironic, given the activities of the club. Let us know your views in the comments section below.
